A senior-level Legal Director role managing all aspects of the firm's KSA Legal function.

Description – Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice to support business operations and decision‑making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and high‑value contracts.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings and disputes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal support and guidance.
- Monitor changes in legislation and advise on their potential impact.
- Lead and mentor a team within the legal department.
