Overview

A senior-level Legal Director role managing all aspects of the firm's KSA Legal function.

Client Details

Our client is a large international conglomerate operating across multiple sectors throughout the Middle East. They are known for their robust operations and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and efficiency.

Description – Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice to support business operations and decision‑making.
Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and high‑value contracts.
Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks.
Represent the organization in legal proceedings and disputes.
Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal support and guidance.
Monitor changes in legislation and advise on their potential impact.
Lead and mentor a team within the legal department.

Profile – Qualifications

A degree in Law from a recognised institution.

Strong knowledge of local and international legal frameworks.

Experience in managing legal teams and providing strategic leadership.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
