Job Description

Managing the subs and suppliers

Coordination job for the program

Follow up the internal and external tasks

Cash flow management

Supporting the purchasing department

Monitor the day-to-day progress of the relocating sites, follow up & control tasks’ execution.

Prepare weekly progress

Assist & follow up relocating manager, sub contractors and team members with daily tasks including client reporting and communications

Maintain and update data, site and project status.

Process and track the services and reports, including Purchase Orders and civil work permits.

Responsible to communicate with Team Members, Higher Management, Subcontractors and Clients

Monitor the Project plan and Execution and ensure that the projects are completed on-time

Periodically arrange project status meetings and document the minutes and actions register. Job Category Manufacturing & Production
