Duties and Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and installation servicing of all HVAC system.
  • Carry out routine repairs on client sites general
  • Operation and Maintenance of exhaust fans heaters and humidifiers.
  • Check and clean air-conditioning switches controls take insulation and parameters.
  • Performed daily routine of all HVAC equipment record data log sheets and service calls from clients.

Centrifugal chiller (Large tonnage chiller)

  • Compressor overhauling
  • Troubleshooting.
  • Modification and repair control circuit.
  • Retubing of evaporator and condenser tubs.
  • Chiller minor &major service.
  • Leakage test and leakage repair as well as Recovery of refrigerant gas.

    • Screw chillers

  • Start up and commissioning (Pre commissioning & Final Commissioning) Troubleshooting...
  • Replacement of the Compressor.
  • Modification and repair control circuit.
  • Replacement of the condenser fans
  • Chiller minor &major service.

    • Reciprocating chillers

  • Start up and commissioning (Pre commissioning & Final Commissioning).
  • Replacement of the Compressor.
  • Modification and repair control circuit.
  • Chiller minor & major service.
  • Repair cooler leakage.
  • Replacement the type of refrigerant.
  • Leakage test and leakage repair.
  • Overhauling Top Head of Reciprocating Compressor
  • Inspection of mechanical parts as well as electrical parts
