Short Description (Role Purpose) A Technician Level 2 is expected to perform maintenance and repairs, of the agreed equipment / systems, to the required manufactures standards.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

Independently carry out maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting on equipment / systems. In line with individual experience and knowledge.

When required, work with other team member to complete assigned tasks.

Diagnose, analyze, and rectify all types of faults, using manufactures information.

Maintain required levels of Utilization, Productivity and Efficiency. In line with Manufacturers standard times.

Ensure company / manufactures policies and procedures followed.

Maintain the highest level of professional standards when discussing work with colleagues.

Provide technical advice colleagues.

Comply with Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices.

Maintain a thorough and up to date knowledge of products and attend training courses.

Education & Certifications

High school education

Required Years of Experience 4 to 6 years’ work experience repairing and maintaining heavy vehicles or equipment
