Overview

A Quality Assurance Auditor at Ninja will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within our operations.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough audits of processes and documentation, develop audit plans, and prepare detailed reports on findings. Collaborate with teams to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions against identified non‑conformities. Manage supplier audits, ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and other standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance or auditing
• Strong familiarity with quality management systems and standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP)
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Proficiency in documentation and audit reporting
• A robust understanding of industry‑specific compliance requirements
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (such as ISO Auditor / Lead Auditor) will be considered an advantage
