Overview

Job title : Registered Nurse

Location : Saudi Arabia

Contract : 2-Year and also Extendable

Salary Range

Licensed Practitioner Nurse (LPN) : SAR 3,200 – 3,500

General Nurse (GN) : SAR 4,000 – 4,200

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) : SAR 4,200 – 4,500

Qualifications

BSN , Diploma in General Nursing , Licensed Practitioner Nurse (LPN) , or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Minimum 1 year of hospital experience in a Medical / Surgical Unit

Valid Nursing License & Saudi Council Registration preferred

BLS certification required | ACLS is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Patient Monitoring : Regularly assess patient conditions and track vital signs, labs, and diagnostics.

Medication Administration : Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments with accurate dosage.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with doctors and healthcare teams to implement care plans.

Surgical Assistance : Support in surgical procedures and provide quality post-operative care.

Patient Education : Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care practices.

Documentation : Maintain accurate nursing records including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Infection Control : Ensure hygiene, follow infection protocols, and maintain a safe patient environment.

Shift Handover : Collaborate effectively with staff for smooth care transitions during shift changes.

Professional Growth : Engage in continuous learning and skill development through trainings.
