We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead and deliver strategic healthcare consulting engagements in Saudi Arabia. You will collaborate with government ministries, healthcare providers, and private sector entities to drive transformation aligned with Vision 2030 and the National Health Strategy. The ideal candidate has deep experience from a Big 4 firm, a proven track record in healthcare delivery and reform, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :

• Leading and managing large-scale healthcare consulting projects, including health system transformation, strategy development, digital health, operational improvement, and regulatory alignment.
• Advising clients on healthcare challenges such as clinical governance, health financing, service delivery models, and value-based care.
• Supporting government health entities (e.g., Ministry of Health, Vision Realization Offices, Hold Co.) and private healthcare providers in developing and executing national transformation programs.
• Managing multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Building trusted client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Contributing to thought leadership and developing healthcare-focused market offerings.
• Mentoring junior consultants and helping to build internal healthcare capabilities.

Required Knowledge and Experience :

Preferred Skills : Deep understanding of Vision 2030, the National Transformation Program, and the Health Sector Transformation Strategy. Knowledge of healthcare financing, reimbursement models, and PPP frameworks. Experience in digital health, HIS implementation, or hospital commissioning is a strong asset. Bilingual (English and Arabic) is highly desirable.
