Main Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch and inventory management
- Ensure accurate documentation of all inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintain proper stock levels and conduct regular physical inventory checks
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Oversee loading and unloading activities ensuring safety and efficiency
- Monitor and manage warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety targets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space
- Implement and enforce health, safety and security procedures
- Resolve any issues related to damaged goods, returns or delayed shipments
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements and team performance
