We are looking for a driven Assistant Finance Manager to join our Finance team and support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) . This role will be key in financial reporting, planning, and business decision-making .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead FP&A activities : budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights on business performance.
- Collaborate with business units on new opportunities, cost optimization, and capital projects.
- Coordinate audits and maintain strong internal controls.
- Mentor and support junior finance team members.
