Must-Have : 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process optimization, or enterprise architecture Skilled in business architecture design within financial services In-depth knowledge of BPMN and architecture modeling tools Proven experience with core financial services functions and transformation programs Hands-on experience with leading business process improvement initiatives in large organizations Nice to Have : Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Information Systems, or any other relevant field.
