Site Electrical Manager – PV field

Oversee the construction action activities of Underground LV / MV cables laying, terminations, equipment installations – inverters, IDTs, panels, SMBs; assist with testing and commissioning. Manage a team of Asst Construction Managers, engineers, supervisors, in-house workmen, and sub-contractors Maintain schedules, KPIs, productivity norms, etc. Ensure strict HSE compliance Ensure QA / QC compliances Responsible for rate analysis, costing, cost control, materials reconciliation, etc. Mobilize resources based on requirements Maintain close coordination with the Project Company Coordinate with vendors for project materials Administer site resources Demonstrate technical knowledge of Solar PV electrical works; conversant with international codes, project management, direct execution, communication, HSE & QC awareness Educational requirement : Graduate in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution, with minimum 13 years of experience, including at least 3 years in Solar PV projects of 200 MW and above.
