Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
Build policies, processes and frameworks related to identity and access management (e.g. identity lifecycle management, requesting access, auditing permissions).
Conduct assessments of clients' existing IAM processes, systems, and controls to identify areas for improvement.
Work with clients to develop Identity and Access Management strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
Define technical and business requirements for identity and access management solutions.
Advise on the implementation of new IAM features tailored to the specific environment.
Establish the link between the IAM team and the business stakeholders, capturing evolving requirements and communicating about the IAM program roadmap.
Focus on efficient deployment, roll‑out, and transition of new features and versions of the IAM platform.
Configure and customize IGA and Access Management platforms to align with clients' business processes and security policies.
Develop and implement access control policies, roles, and entitlements to ensure appropriate levels of access across systems and applications.
Provide guidance and expertise on best practices for identity lifecycle management, access certification, role‑based access control, and compliance reporting.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including security, IT, and compliance, to integrate IGA solutions into clients' environments.
Provide training and support to clients' teams to facilitate adoption and ongoing management of IGA solutions.
Interact with the vendor and service providers to address contractual agreements related to the IAM platform.
Prepare updates and reports to management.
Qualifications
Proven track record with 6+ years of experience in IT services and information security.
Minimum of 4 years of experience working on identity and access management.
Familiarity with identity and access management systems (SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, Novell) and directories (LDAP, AD).
Familiarity with RBAC and role engineering.
Experience in SSB / SSD, code repository management is preferred.
Experience in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA, and Office 365.
Certification in SailPoint Identity Associate Certification, and Beyond Trust PAM / EPM and PRA Remote, and OCJP / SCJP is preferred.
Prior consulting experience and excellent customer‑facing skills are highly desirable.
Proven ability to work and contribute to a team‑oriented environment.
Demonstrated multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
