About the job : To ensure the safe and organized storage of materials and items in the warehouse, and to manage receiving, issuing, and inventory operations to ensure workflow efficiency and inventory accuracy. Duties and Responsibilities

Receive materials and items and verify their compliance with specifications, invoices, and purchase orders. Arrange and store materials in designated warehouse locations in an organized and safe manner. Issue materials and items based on approved requests and record all transactions in the system. Monitor inventory levels and notify management when reaching minimum reorder levels. Conduct regular physical inventory and reconcile with system records. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse and follow health and safety procedures. Prepare periodic reports on item movements and stock levels. Coordinate with purchasing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow. Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background : Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in (Management, Logistics, or a related field). Work Experience : Minimum of 2–3 years in warehouse or inventory management. Proficiency in using inventory management systems (ERP or warehouse software). Good knowledge of storage and inventory procedures. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Commitment to occupational health and safety standards. Required Skills : Computer skills (Excel – Inventory Management Software). Good communication skills. Accuracy and integrity in handling materials. Ability to plan and manage time effectively. Job Features
