WSP is currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team for a landmark project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role demands strong technical expertise in civil engineering, exceptional project leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the highest standards.

Your new role, what’s involved?

Oversee the implementation of civil engineering requirements during the construction phase, ensuring alignment with project specifications. Ensure the final deliverables meet client expectations, adhering to all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards. Collaborate with the project team, including contractors and subcontractors, to resolve civil issues promptly. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, MEP engineers, and other civil engineers, to ensure quality and consistency across deliverables. Review and approve shop drawings, to ensure compliance with the approved design. Conduct site inspections and visits, verifying that construction adheres to approved civil and structural designs. Participate in project meetings to provide updates and ensure civil engineering activities align with the broader project schedule and goals. Track and document all civil changes, ensuring they are properly recorded and approved. Provide technical expertise and mentorship, supporting junior engineers and fostering a culture of quality and efficiency. We’d love to hear from you if you have :

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Strong knowledge of civil engineering processes, construction documents, and specifications. Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards for civil design and construction. Proficiency in related software like AutoCAD, C3D, Water Gems, Sewer Gems, Hammer, and BIM. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
