The primary focus of this role is to maintain and enhance effective communication both internally and externally, contributing to the improvement of the company’s branding and reputation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist clients in communicating effectively with the public.
- Support the maintenance of the corporate image and identity.
- Coordinate, prepare, and organize participation in conferences and airshows.
- Oversee the production of publicity materials, including brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films, and multimedia programs.
- Organize and prepare for events, such as press conferences, exhibitions, career days, and press tours.
- Develop press kit materials, including press releases, pitch letters, case studies, feature articles, and trend stories.
- Manage inquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations.
- Coordinate promotional events, including press conferences, open days, exhibitions, and tours.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Corporate Communications.
- Design PowerPoint presentations to welcome VIP visitors and customers, as well as for announcements displayed on LCD monitors, in coordination with the Multi-Media Supervisor.
- Create PowerPoint presentations as requested by the CC Director.
- Attend networking and media events, as well as meetings with clients, suppliers, and partner organizations, to discuss various PR campaigns and activities.
- Follow up and track all emails received via the info inbox.
- Contact media companies for video and film production.
- Coordinate with local print and online media outlets for advertisements and press releases.
- Prepare and submit Corporate Communications reports.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Admin & Specialist Tasks
Draft press releases, emails, media statements, and speeches for executives.Organize town halls, meetings, and internal & external events.Coordinate logistics and communication for events.Assist the direct manager in various tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.Provide regular updates to management on progress and challenges.Additional Responsibility for Team Members in Corporate Communications Department
Travel both domestically and internationally as required to complete job-related tasks and responsibilities.Qualifications / Licenses
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.Work Experience
