This role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and focuses on delivering in-depth real estate investment evaluations and market-driven insights. Experience Required : 5+ years in real estate feasibility studies & financial analyst Key Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive real estate feasibility studies for various property types. Perform financial modeling, ROI analysis, and market research. Collaborate with valuation and investment teams to support decision-making. Prepare professional reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Requirements : Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate feasibility studies and financial analysis.
