Key Responsibilities
- Prepare wooden surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and priming to ensure proper paint adhesion.
- Mix, match, and apply paints, stains, and varnishes according to specifications.
- Inspect finished surfaces for quality and touch up imperfections.
- Operate painting tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Coordinate with other team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
