Job Description

Preparing Coffee and Beverages : brew espresso and prepare a variety of coffee drinks (e.g., lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos), plus other beverages such as teas, smoothies, and cold brews; follow recipes and maintain consistency.

Customer Service : greet customers, take orders in a friendly and professional manner, offer product suggestions, answer menu questions, handle complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism, and maintain a positive welcoming atmosphere.

Cleaning and Maintenance : clean coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure proper functioning; keep the work area, counters, tables, and floors tidy and organized; restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, cups, and napkins.

Inventory Management : monitor stock levels and alert management when supplies are running low; assist in receiving and organizing deliveries of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.

Other Duties : may be assigned.

Qualifications

Previous service experience is an asset.

Ability to interact positively with customers, take orders, and provide excellent service.

Consistently making high‑quality drinks and ensuring accuracy in orders.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Highly responsible & reliable.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.

Ability to focus on guest needs, remain calm and courteous at all times.
