Responsibilities
Develop visually engaging graphics and layouts for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media, websites, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
Prepare and deliver design files in appropriate formats for various platforms and channels.
Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and team members.
Ensure consistency and quality across all visual assets and maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Work independently in a remote environment while actively participating in virtual team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of design templates and asset libraries.
Support the marketing team with ad hoc design requests and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
1-4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Solid understanding of visual composition, typography, color theory, and branding.
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback.
Familiarity with current design trends and best practices.
Experience working with cross-functional teams is a plus.
