Key Responsibilities

Manage the planning, development, and delivery of programs that contribute to the growth and success of QIC.

Establish and implement program management best practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Engage and collaborate with diverse teams and key stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.

Analyze program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Lead regular program meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and share insights.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

A minimum of 8 years' experience in program / project management, ideally within the entertainment or leisure sectors.

Demonstrated leadership and management skills in a complex project environment.

Proficient in using project management software and tools.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
