Working closely with the Account Manager. trainee will learn how to manage client relationships. support ongoing projects and contribute to business growth through effective communication. Coordination and customer engagement. Training duration will be 6 months & will include : Rotating among the various LOBs - BTS, INT, CSS and S&SS – as well as key support departments like Finance, Admin and AR. This will allow to gain full orientation and a comprehensive knowledge of our operational processes. After this foundation is established, the candidate shall be dedicated fully to one or two Account Managers to acquire hands-on experience and learn different client management styles. Qualifications & Conditions : Educational BG : Bachelor’s in business administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Languages : Arabic / English Must be registered in HRDF. GOSI registration not more than one year in total. Not blocked by HRDF. Have not benefited from HRDF (Tamheer program) more than twice or 6 months in both times. Not disqualified from HRDF (Tamheer program)
