Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Head of Procurement to oversee purchasing operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and inventory management, with a proven track record in the retail sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing needs based on inventory data, sales forecasts, and market trends.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee purchase orders, delivery follow-ups, and quality assurance of goods.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and align forecasts with seasonal retail demand.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships, including audits and performance evaluations.
• Control procurement budgets, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports.
• Implement process improvements, cost‑saving initiatives, and sustainability practices.
• Collaborate with merchandising, logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop procurement staff.
