Job Purpose / Objective
Provide front office, clerical and general office support to the respective office by attending / directing calls, responding inquiries, handling appointment, establishes a good rapport, delivers efficient services and ensures effective operations in the department. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Greet, assist and / or direct employees, visitors and the general public. Answer incoming phone calls and return calls as directed. Schedule appointments and arrange meetings as and when needed. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls. Sort, check and record documents / invoice and maintain records and files. Receive official documents, mails and distribute accordingly. Operate common office machine. Maintain confidentiality related to safety and security issues. Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies. Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG. Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity. Perform other applicable task and duties assigned within the realm of his / her Knowledge, skill and abilities. Education / Professional Qualification
Diploma / Certificate Experience
At least One year of experience in the same field. Professional Licensing / Certification / Training
