Technical Senior Specialist

in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to lead the development of theme park facilities. This role involves overseeing MEP design and implementation for systems that ensure smooth operation of attractions and amenities, enhancing guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

Oversee MEP design development, ensuring integration with architectural and operational plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize MEP solutions Review and approve designs, ensuring compliance with standards and codes Conduct site inspections for installation quality and adherence to specifications Support construction activities, resolving MEP issues promptly Coordinate with stakeholders for project approvals and compliance Stay updated on MEP technological advancements and evaluate new products Manage project schedules and budgets for MEP components Mentor junior engineers in MEP design and practices Contribute to sustainability goals through innovative MEP solutions Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field At least 15 years of experience in MEP design and installation, preferably in theme parks or large entertainment projects Strong knowledge of relevant MEP systems, codes, and standards Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP modeling tools Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills Project management experience, focusing on schedules and budgets Commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality assurance Ability to adapt to changing project needs Additional Details
