Operations Lead – Marketplace Fulfillment

We’re looking for an Operations Lead who thrives in fast-paced environments and can ensure smooth, efficient daily operations. If you’re sharp, organized, and love working with sellers and customers — this is your opportunity. ⸻ Key Responsibilities :

• Fulfillment & Logistics Management : Oversee seller fulfillment processes, follow up on shipments, and coordinate with sellers and customers to resolve any operational issues.
• Seller Qualification & Onboarding : Review new seller applications, vet for quality and fit, and support onboarding to ensure they’re ready to go live.
• Campaign & Launch Execution : Work cross-functionally with engineering and growth teams to organize and execute major platform campaigns and seller activations.
• Quality Assurance : Monitor order success rates, seller behavior, and customer satisfaction to uphold platform quality standards. Daily operations : Daily operation needs that could impact anything related to Fullfilement, Leads, Urgent matters. ⸻ Ideal Candidate :
• 2–4 years of operations experience, ideally in a marketplace or eCommerce environment
• Extremely organized, fast-moving, and proactive
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong communicator and collaborator — able to work across teams
• Comfortable working on-site in Jeddah
• Self-motivated and solution-oriented with a “get things done” mindset ⸻ Bonus Points For :
• Experience with SQL or data tools — ability to query and extract insights independently
• Understanding of marketplace dynamics and seller operations
• Worked with startups
