We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. As a vital part of our coffee shop, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and specialty drinks while adhering to our quality standards.
Engage with customers to provide a welcoming atmosphere, taking their orders and answering any questions about the menu.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the coffee preparation area, dining space, and equipment.
Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies, and assist in ordering as necessary.
Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to enhance the customer experience and contribute to menu development.
Train and mentor new staff members on coffee preparation techniques and customer service best practices.
Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the cash register efficiently.
Promote seasonal drinks and special offers to encourage customer engagement and sales.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service.
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operations and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate

Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role, showcasing your ability to craft high-quality coffee beverages.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect with customers and colleagues effectively.

A genuine passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods and coffee origins.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.

Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

Experience with cash handling and point‑of‑sale systems.

Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self‑motivated.

A creative mindset to contribute to new drink ideas and promotions.

Coffee Brewing Techniques : Proficiency in various coffee brewing methods, including espresso, pour-over, and French press, ensuring the perfect extraction and flavor profile for each beverage.
