Key Responsibilities : Conceptualize and Design : Develop innovative motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that align with the client's brand and message. Collaborate : Work with the marketing, design, and production teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. Animation Production : Produce high-quality animations and motion graphics using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc. Video Editing : Edit and enhance video footage to incorporate motion graphics and ensure seamless integration. Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and animation to continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas. Feedback and Revisions : Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine animations and ensure they meet project goals. Qualifications : Experience : 3+ years of experience in motion graphics design and animation. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Maya, or equivalent). Portfolio : Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and animation work. Creative Skills : Excellent visual storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail, composition, and color. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Time Management : Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
