Must-Have : 8+ years of experience in product management within financial services, with at least 3+ years focused on lending products Skilled in consumer and business lending products, credit risk assessment methodologies, fintech trends AML, and KYC In-depth knowledge of Islamic finance principles, Shariah-compliant lending products, Saudi banking regulations, and SAMA requirements.

Proven experience in successfully launching and scaling lending products Hands-on experience with digital lending platforms and technologies Nice to Have : Bachelor's in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred About Us : Arthur Lawrence is a management and technology consulting firm providing enterprise-wide business transformation and business applications implementation services.
