Landscape Inspection Specialist

Overview

JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Landscape Inspection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting landscape installations and ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. You will work closely with architects, landscape contractors, and project managers to evaluate and document the quality of landscape projects and provide recommendations for improvements. As a Landscape Inspection Specialist, your expertise will help ensure that our landscape projects contribute to the sustainability and aesthetic goals of JASARA in line with the Vision 2030 objectives in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections of landscape projects to assess compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Review landscape plans and specifications to ensure adherence during all phases of construction.
• Document findings during inspections, including non-compliance issues and areas for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with contractors and project managers to resolve issues and ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide recommendations for landscape improvements based on inspections and best practices.
• Assist in developing landscape maintenance plans and ensure they are implemented effectively.
• Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices in landscape management.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders regarding inspection findings and project status.
