This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership and project management skills to guide cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership :

Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for projects.

Plan and manage design-related activities across multiple projects.

Develop and evaluate design concepts, prototypes, and technical solutions.

Mentor junior engineers and designers.

Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and regulatory standards.
