This role exists to ensure operational excellence in the end-to-end cash collection and claims management cycle. Corresponding with customers to close open invoices, settle claims, resolve disputes, and reconcile balances. Coordinating with colleagues in logistics and sales for open actions and to highlight risks or manage bad debts.You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BEAccurate and timely claims analysis and settlement with customersEnsure compliant and reconciled customer accountsManaging open items and aged balances to tackle disputes or risks to collectionCross-functional interactions with sales and logistics teamsMonthly meeting with the cash & claims team and leadership to update on open actions, opportunities, or risksWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree, preferably in business / accounting / finance or supply chainMinimum 3 years of work experience, ideally in accounts receivables, collections, or claims managementExperience in working across cross-functional teams and with external stakeholdersExperience of working with key information systems (Excel, SAP)Excellent communication skills – Impactful and flexible communication Multitasking and ability to work with different ad hoc issues.Strong business acumen, passion for high performanceSkillsCustomer focusNegotiation & influencing skillsTeam playerPassion for high performanceData AnalyticsLeadershipYou are energized by delivering fantastic results.
