About the role :
The Marketing & Communication Manager is responsible for shaping and executing the companys marketing and communication strategy to strengthen brand visibility, drive sustainable growth, and deepen customer and stakeholder engagement. This includes overseeing integrated campaigns, digital presence, corporate events, and media relations while balancing creativity with compliance under strict insurance regulations. The role also champions brand differentiation, customer trust, and measurable ROI to support the companys long-term ambitions.
Responsibilities : Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Ensure brand positioning supports profitable growth and stakeholder engagement.
Brand & Campaign Management
Lead brand differentiation initiatives across all customer touchpoints.Design and deliver internal and external campaigns to enhance visibility and trust.Digital & Media Presence
Manage the company online platforms, social media, and digital content.Coordinate media relations, press releases, and proactive public communications.Corporate Events & Stakeholder Engagement
Plan and execute corporate events, sponsorships, and community outreach.Strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and regulators through consistent messaging.Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all marketing activities comply with Insurance Authority regulations and corporate policies.Balance innovative approaches with risk mitigation in sensitive areas like claims communication.Performance Measurement & ROI
Track marketing effectiveness, including lead generation, conversion, and retention metrics.Provide regular reports and insights to demonstrate the value and impact of marketing initiatives.Candidate Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO / SEM, Google Analytics, Social Media Management).Proficiency in content development, copywriting, and corporate storytelling.Familiarity with insurance product marketing and regulatory compliance requirements.Competence in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).Proficiency in MS Office, Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Languages :
Native Arabic and Fluent English
