Job Summary :

We are seeking a professional and highly organized Receptionist to join our hotel team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office and creating a welcoming environment for guests, visitors, and team members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist guests, visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain an updated log of guests and appointments.
• Provide information to guests about the hotel’s services and policies.
• Address guest queries promptly or redirect them to the appropriate personnel.
• Support other administrative functions, including document filing and data entry.
• Assist with organizing events and hotel activities when required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Professional English level required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
