Infrastructure Delivery Director

We are playing a key role on a groundbreaking entertainment and tourism megaproject located around 40 kilometers from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As part of the Saudi Vision 2030 initiative, the development aims to diversify the economy and provide world-class entertainment, sports, and cultural experiences. The project spans 334 square kilometers and includes the world's largest Six Flags theme park, the Middle East's largest water park, and state-of-the-art sporting facilities.

About the Opportunity

As the Infrastructure Delivery Director, you will oversee and direct the entire lifecycle of large‑scale infrastructure projects, from conception through to completion. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while aligning with our company's strategic objectives.

• Provide executive leadership for the infrastructure delivery division, setting the strategic direction and ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for multiple large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless integration across all phases from design to construction and handover.
• Develop and implement best practices in project delivery, driving continuous improvement and innovation across the division.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level clients, partners, and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic project matters.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage high-value client agreements, ensuring favorable terms and mitigating risks for the company.
• Collaborate with C‑suite executives to develop business strategies, identify new market opportunities, and drive growth in the infrastructure sector.
• Manage and mentor a team of senior project managers and technical experts, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development.
• Oversee the financial performance of the infrastructure portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to the board.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies across all projects.
• Drive the adoption of cutting‑edge technologies and methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media engagements as a thought leader in infrastructure delivery.
