What We’re Looking For : Chef with a good knowledge of international cooking skills, who is driven by innovation, precision, and a wellness-focused food philosophy. Key Responsibilities : Execute high-quality production. Support the head Chef in daily operations. Bring creative input aligned with international trends and healthy indulgence. Qualifications – Commis Chef (Culinary Team, Miraval The Red Sea)

Education & Experience : Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably within a luxury resort or wellness-focused environment. Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and preparation techniques. Skills & Attributes : Passion for culinary arts and eagerness to learn from senior chefs. Team-oriented mindset with a positive and mindful attitude. Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail and consistency. Willingness to support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and calm kitchen environment aligned with Miraval’s philosophy of balance and mindfulness. Our family is always growing.
