We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Medina. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in residential or commercial properties. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks as needed.
• Repair or replace broken appliances, fixtures, and furniture.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on buildings and equipment.
• Install new items such as light fixtures, shelving, or flooring.
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
