Senior Architectural Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Engineer to join our Technical Office team for a prestigious Villas Project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing project specifications and IFC drawings, preparing precise shop drawings, and coordinating closely with design consultants, clients, and other project stakeholders to resolve all technical matters.

This role is best suited for a professional with a strong background in architectural detailing, construction practices, and project coordination — someone who can take full technical ownership and ensure the project’s architectural integrity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze project specifications, design drawings, and IFC (Issued for Construction) documents.
• Prepare and review detailed architectural shop drawings in compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, and clients to address and resolve technical or design‑related issues.
• Assist the procurement team with technical evaluations and finalization of materials.
• Work closely with the BIM team, providing required information, data, and clarifications for model development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, project standards, and design specifications.
• Attend technical meetings and contribute professional insights throughout the project lifecycle.
