Job descriptionSupport in supervising the ESCOs responsible for the design, installation , and commissioning of projects. Support in the Project Manager in managing the relationship with the Government entity . Post-retrofit support Support the supervision of O&M services provided .- Support the Project Manager in ensuring that the performance guarantees are satisfied. Liaise with Finance / Legal to resolve any issues. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or any related field CEM / CMVP certification is preferred. 0 - 2 years in a project management role with responsibility for the performance of contractors; preferably with retrofit Interpersonal : Professional proficiency of English required; fluency in Arabic is a must; effective communication skills Technical : Technical knowledge relating to building retrofits and potential savings

The jobholder is responsible for Support the Projects Program Manager in day-to-day project execution duties. Responsibilities include supporting the contract and supplier management, ensuring approvals for deliverables, project performance monitoring, coordinating the implementation of strategic initiatives, and preparing reports for the Project Manager
Main Responsibilities : Project management support
Support Project Manager in project execution, field visits, and technical project review

Retrofit implementation support
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
experience within ESCO (or EPC) industry experience
(written and verbal); effective time management skills; ability to manage concurrent projects
