Job Summary :
The Director of Human Resources is a key member of the executive team responsible for leading the HR department in a large 5-star luxury hotel in Saudi Arabia. This role will oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the hotel’s business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of enhancing the employee experience, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy of the hotel.
Talent Acquisition and Retention :
Lead the recruitment process for all positions, ensuring the hiring of high-caliber talent.
Employee Relations and Culture :
Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and high performance.
Performance Management :
Develop and oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and goal setting.
Compensation and Benefits :
Design competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Compliance and Policy Management :
Ensure all HR practices comply with Saudi labor laws and hotel policies.
Learning and Development :
Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and ensure continuous learning.
HR Analytics and Reporting :
Utilize HR analytics to monitor key metrics related to recruitment, retention, and employee performance.
Budget Management :
Manage the HR department’s budget, including forecasting and controlling expenses.
