About the Role
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems for railway operations
- Lead and conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks
- Implement root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Provide leadership and guidance to quality team members and other departments on quality-related matters
- Ensure compliance with local and international railway safety standards and regulations
- Manage and mitigate quality-related risks in railway operations
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality management
What do we need from you
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related fieldMinimum 15 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the railway industryProfessional certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)Extensive knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologiesProficiency in root cause analysis, statistical process control, and Lean Six Sigma techniquesStrong understanding of railway industry standards, regulations, and safety management systemsExperience with quality management software and data analysis toolsExcellent project management and risk assessment skillsStrong leadership abilities with a proven track record of driving quality initiativesOutstanding analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWillingness to travel as required for audits and site inspections#J-18808-Ljbffr
