As a Product Manager, your primary responsibilities will include driving product growth aligned with the company's goals. You will focus on delivering great user experience for our products while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product specialists, field sales, and operations. You will also act as a liaison between Bayut and external parties, including government agencies.

In this role you will

• Develop a deep understanding of our consumers and clients, their likes and dislikes, top pain points and opportunities
• Build and maintain expertise in our domestic competitor landscape and similar markets both domestic and overseas
• Act as a bridge between the business and tech teams within the organisation
• Lead a cross-functional team in designing, testing, delivering and monitoring these initiatives to achieve growth targets
• Lead initiatives that enforce product usage SOPs within the business teams
• Act as a liaison between Bayut and government agencies like REGA, ELM for technical collaboration and coordination
