Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a proactive and dynamic Executive Director for our Events Bureau . This leadership position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive event strategy aligned with Qiddiya's vision to create a world-class entertainment destination. The role involves leading the planning, organization, and management of events that attract visitors and enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all functions of the Events Bureau within DMMO
• Define and update the events strategy for MICE, leisure, and other events to attract visitors and promote economic growth
• Maintain and adjust the DMMO events calendar
• Develop new MICE, leisure, and other events
• Identify and bid for key events, lead generation, and converting event leads
• Maximize income opportunities from events at Qiddiya City
• Coordinate event efforts across relevant stakeholders including Corporate, DMMO, Districts, and Assets
• Coordinate event calendars with STA and other DMOs at the KSA level
• Co-manage the Ambassador Program with the Branding & Marketing ED to attract new events
• Coordinate and host familiarization trips and site inspections
• Support tourism service companies
• Produce reports as required by the Head of DMMO
