Responsibilities : Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics365 system, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and implement software solutions using Python programming language. Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to system functionality, data integrity, and performance. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, specifications, and user manuals. Train end-users on how to effectively use the system and provide ongoing technical support. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of technology and software development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of software solutions. Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and stability of software solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems and processes. Preferred Candidate : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in managing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics365 system. Strong proficiency in Python programming language. Knowledge and experience in software development life cycle. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
