Lead Architect

Responsibilities

• Project Management : Lead all aspects of architectural projects, from conceptual studies to construction documents, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure the seamless integration of aesthetic, functional, and structural elements.
• Design and Aesthetic Oversight : Oversee the execution of high-quality Architectural works that reflect the heritage project’s traditional Najdi design principles, while meeting LEED sustainability standards. Ensure that design specifications are precisely followed, maintaining a balance between cultural authenticity and modern design standards.
• Budget and Resource Management : Develop and oversee budgets, schedules, and resource plans to optimize efficiency and minimize project risks. Collaborate with financial teams to monitor cost control measures and ensure transparency in budget reporting.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance : Guarantee adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards throughout the fit-out process. Implement quality control inspections, addressing any discrepancies with immediate corrective actions.
• Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration : Foster effective communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, maintaining transparency on project progress and addressing concerns proactively. Work closely with the PMC and Client representatives to align the project with their vision and objectives.
• Team Leadership : Guide, mentor, and develop junior architects and team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive team development and alignment with project goals.
