Responsibilities
- Oversee all spa, salon, and fitness facilities, ensuring standards of excellence, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Create and deliver engaging wellness and fitness programs that enhance the guest experience and reflect the brand’s holistic philosophy.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations, including front desk, locker rooms, relaxation lounge, treatment rooms, and retail spaces.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and engineering to ensure functional, clean, and safe environments.
- Lead, train, and supervise spa staff, fostering a motivated work environment, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing staff development strategies.
- Host regular staff meetings to share hotel updates, policies, and strategies for enhancing sales and service.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by upholding luxury service standards, responding promptly to feedback, and coordinating group bookings and on‑site spa tours for planners and VIPs.
- Manage retail operations, including purchasing, inventory control, and product selection aligned with guest preferences and spa themes.
- Assist in financial management, including forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and reporting to maintain operational efficiency.
- Contribute to planning and execution of PR events, promotions, and local initiatives to drive guest engagement and revenue.
- Maintain adherence to Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules, safety standards, and hazard‑free environment for staff and guests.
Qualifications
2–4 years of supervisory or management experience in a club, spa, or wellness setting.Degree in hospitality management, wellness, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Strong leadership, motivation, and team development capabilities.Creative problem‑solving and innovative thinking.Knowledge of hotel and spa software systems and operational efficiencies.Commitment to luxury guest experiences and passion for health and wellness industry.What We Offer
