Job Title : Logistics Agent
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s logistics operations, ensuring smooth handling of shipments, inventory, and procurement activities while assisting in internal needs and company events.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations.
- Maintain stock records and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Handle freight forwarders and Shipment clearance processes and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain vehicle reports for the company fleet.
- Manage internal procurement such as printing, stationery, and office supplies.
- Coordinate procurement of goods and materials from China.
- Support the organization of company events and related logistics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or procurement is preferred.Knowledge of customs clearance procedures is an advantage.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).#J-18808-Ljbffr
