Industrial Complex, Riyadh The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh. Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities. The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone. Job Purpose

This position exist to assist in performing quality control activities efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments. Key Accountability Areas

Product Inspection and Testing : Conduct thorough inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet quality standards and are released on time. Project Coordination : Collaborate with project teams and other departments to facilitate the timely and efficient execution of projects. Non-Conformance Management : Identify and control non-conforming products by issuing punch lists or Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up to ensure completion and resolution. Third-Party and Customer Inspections : Coordinate inspections with third-party agencies and customers. Work closely with other departments to address and finalize customer comments, ensuring prompt product release. Reporting and Documentation : Prepare detailed inspection and test reports for each project, ensuring accuracy and completeness. PLC Logic Programming : Develop and implement PLC logic programming based on customer requirements, such as pump control, two out of three transformer incomers, and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). Customer Complaint Resolution : Address and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction. Role Accountability

Business Process Improvements : Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. Compliance : Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. Health, Safety, and Environment : Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products / services. Academic Qualification Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Any relevant field Work Experience 2 to 4 Years Technical / Functional Competencies Safety
