Senior Product Designer

• Understand the problem space through generative research and synthesize insights.
• Understand different areas of our product and where HungerStation standards should be applied.
• Create simple, elegant solutions to complex interaction problems with high attention to detail and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define focus areas and contribute to the overall direction of your product area while measuring ongoing improvements.
• Gather continuous user feedback throughout the problem-solving process.
• Use and evolve our design system to create flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals for your features.
• Proactively promote cooperation within the design team and foster collaboration with other departments.
• Regularly present your work to peers, stakeholders, and leaders for review and feedback.
