Sr. Manager, Supply Chain, JP AMZL Planning and Analytics

Amazon seeks a Senior Manager for Japan's Operations Planning and Execution that combines strategic vision with collaborative and analytical skills to build and improve the Japan transportation network. In this role you will lead a team in our Tokyo headquarters to help deliver customer packages faster, more reliably, and at a lower cost while building towards a long-term vision. Key responsibilities

Think Strategically and develop 5-year plans across different organizations Autonomously coming up with and quickly implementing innovative and disruptive ideas Continuously learning new skills and knowledge areas to grow, develop, and better serve our customers Influencing a broad set of stakeholders and working with diverse and dynamic teams Solving analytical problems and drawing conclusions from large complex data sets Managing, coaching, and developing colleagues to build a stronger team Basic Qualifications

4+ years of supply chain experience 4+ years of team management experience Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements Bachelor's degree Experience delivering cross functional projects Preferred Qualifications
